1. 405 degrees drop the green beans and 2. START THE TIMER

THEN 2 minutes until turn around NOW
How much time? what is 10 minutes now at 300 degrees. Level in Full forward position /_
At 370 degrees/first Crack start to slow down the roast or GAS off as long as temp is still rising
10 - 15 degrees slow it down.
Roast 24 - 28
Last 10 degrees slowing roaster down, for sure on Darker Roasts.
