Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Muffins
Ingredients
- ½ cup Vegetable or Canola Oil
- ⅔ cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 ¼ cup Milk
- 2 TSP Vanilla
- 2 TSP Baking Powder
- ½ TSP Baking Soda
- ½ TSP Salt
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 ¼ cup Chocolate Chips (or sub ½ cup with mini peanut butter chips)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oil, peanut butter, brown sugar and eggs
- Add milk and vanilla to the mixture
- In a separate bowl, mix baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour
- Add ingredients to the wet mixture
- Fold in chocolate/peanut butter chips
- When they are complete and cooled, drizzle with chocolate or peanut butter
Baking
Bake at 375. Once they rise turn temp down to 350.
10 minutes bake, flip, 10 minute bake then check to see if they are cooked through.
