Thai: 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 1 tsp almond extract, 1 tsp coriander, ¼ tsp citric acid

Fall/Winter Seasonal

Bourbon: 1 c. sugar, 1 c. bourbon, ¼ tsp citric acid solution

Gingerbread: 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. water, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp clove, 2 tsp molasses, 1 ¼ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp lemon zest, ¼ tsp citric acid solution

Indian Summer: 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp cardamom, ¼ tsp citric acid solution

Maple Brown Sugar: 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. water, 3 TB maple syrup, ¼ tsp citric acid solution

Pumpkin Spice: 2 c. brown sugar, 2 c. white sugar, 4 c. water, 1 can pumpkin puree, 2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp nutmeg, 2 tsp ginger, 2 tsp clove, ¼ tsp citric acid solution. Strain.

Sugar Cookie: 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar, 1 tsp almond extract, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp hazelnut extract, ¼ tsp citric acid solution
