Syrups do not need to boil, however sugar must be melted completely and spices thoroughly stirred in. Strain out any solids before bottling. 30 day shelf life.
Citric Acid Solution: 1 c. water, 1 TB citric acid
Anise: 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 1 tsp vanilla anise BT, 1 tsp anise seed, ¼ tsp citric acid solution
Black Forest Berry: 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 2 TB black forest herbal tea, ¼ tsp citric acid solution
Cinnamon: 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 1 tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon, ¼ tsp citric acid solution
Hazelnut: 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 2 tsp hazelnut extract, ¼ tsp citric acid solution
Honey Ginger: ¾ c. sugar, 1 c. water, ¼ c. honey, 1.5 TB ginger, ¼ tsp citric acid solution
Lavender: 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 1 TB lavender, ¼ tsp citric acid solution
Peppermint: 1c. sugar, 1 c. water, 1 TB peppermint, ¼ tsp citric acid solution
