Daily, Weekly & Monthly Cleaning Tasks

Doesn’t matter what days these things get done, just make sure they are getting done please. Date & Initial!

If you do extra tasks beyond this list please write down & intial

Daily: (See closing list for more tasks)

• Wipe out line @ close
• Wipe soup wells
• Wipe toaster/salamander/oven
• If time allows, send your own prep dishes through
• Stock paper goods
• Sanitize knives
• Counters, duh :P
• “Cafiza” coffee carafes
• Sweep/mop

Weekly

• Wipe down fridges, inside & out. Condense/toss expired product
• Deep clean line (Wipe down dressing bottles, wash seasoning containers & tubs)
• Wipe down syrup bottles, send syrup tub through dishwasher, refill as needed.
• Wipe out grab n go/ stock as needed
• Pull out coolers, sweep and mop

Monthly

• Wipe down/ organize shelves in FOH and BOH. Toss anything past expiration
• Clean out freezer, toss anything past expiration or freezer burnt.
