Sausage Gravy
Ingredients
- 2 lb. roll breakfast sausage
- 2 c. flour
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp. Black pepper
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp. Thyme
- ½ tsp. Rosemary powder
- ½ tsp. Sage
- 4 cups Skim milk
- 1/4c heavy cream
Instructions
- Brown breakfast sausage
- Melt butter in sausage
- Add flour and make Roux
- Whisk in skim and cream
