Roasted Vegetable Seasoning
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp (2 F scoops) black pepper
- 4 Tbsp (2 F scoops) salt
- 8 Tbsp (4 F scoops) paprika
- 4 Tbsp (2 F scoops) parsley
- 2 Tbsp (1 F scoop) oregano
- 2 Tbsp (1 F scoop) black sesame
- 2 Tbsp (1 F scoop) white sesame
Sesame can be both, either, or.

- 1 cup pepper
- 1 cup salt
- 2 cup paprika
- 1 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup oregano
- 1/2 cup B Sesame
- 1/2 cup W. sesame
Roasted Veggies
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, ribboned
- 6 mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 bag of broccoli
- 1/2 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 6 roasted garlic cloves, smashed
Instructions
Coat in oil, season heavy with “roasted veg seasoning”
Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes
