1 stick butter ⅓ c. Flour 1 bunch celery, chopped 2 large carrots, chopped 1 large onion, chopped 18 cloves garlic, minced 3 c. Greens beans, coarsely chopped 3 c. Potatoes chopped 96 Oz veggie broth
Boil celery, carrots, onions, potatoes and garlic til soft. Make roux Add roux Blanche green beans, store in fridge and add to serve
