Base Scone

Ingredients

Handwritten note: + 1 ½ tbsp extract

Instructions

Combine dry ingredients, incorporate well. Using a box grater, grate frozen butter into dry mix. Incorporate, create a well in the middle of the mixture. Add wet ingredients and fold in. After mixing all together create a ball and allow to chill in the freezer for ten to fifteen minutes. When dividing, weigh the entirety then divide by three, create three balls then divide those individual weights into four, cutting the balls into triangular shapes.
