Banana Bars (Triple Batch)
Ingredients
- 4 flax eggs (9 TB flax, 11.25 oz hot water)
- 13.5 c. GF oats (3.17#)
- 2 ¼ c. brown sugar (1.25#)
- 3 TB baking powder
- 1 TB vanilla extract
- 4 ½ c. soy milk
- 9 ripe bananas
- 2 ¼ c. PB (1.23#)
- 1 ½ c. peanuts (.5#)
1½ c. walnuts (.4#)
Instructions
- Make flax eggs. Preheat oven 300°.
- Combine all ingredients, mix well.
- Transfer immediately into 3 wax paper lined half baking sheets.
- Bake for 12 min, rotate, additional 12 min.
- Let cool
