Pumpkin Bars
Ingredients
- .9# coconut oil, melted (20 1/4# oz)
- 4.46# GF oats (20 lb 7 oz)
- 2 TB baking soda
- 2 TB baking powder
- 1 TB salt
- 3 TB cinnamon
- 1.54# brown sugar (3 c.) (1 1/4 lb 9 oz)
- 6.6# pumpkin (6 1 lb 10 oz)
- 9 eggs
- 2 TB vanilla extract
- 2.34# chocolate chips (6c.) (2 1 lb 5 oz)
- 1.54# walnuts (6 c.) (1 1b 9 oz)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°. Combine all ingredients, mix well. Transfer immediately into 4 wax paper lined half size baking sheets. Bake 15 min, rotate, additional 12-15 min.
