Banana Bars
Ingredients
- 4.5 c. Oats
- ¾ c. Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla
- 1 ½ c. Soy milk
- 3 ripe Bananas
- ⅓ c. Peanut Butter (.41 lbs.)
- ½ c. VEGAN chocolate chips
- ⅓ c. peanuts
- ½ c. walnuts
- 3 Flax eggs
Directions
- Make Flax eggs (see flax egg recipe)
- Preheat oven 300 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Line a half baking sheet with wax paper.
- Bake for 12 minutes and rotate pan.
- Bake for another 12 minutes.
- VOILA!
