GF Monster Cookie

Ingredients

• 3 3# peanut butter
• 6 sticks butter, softened
• 3.3# brown sugar
• 2.64# white sugar
• 12 eggs
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 3 TBSP baking soda
• 3 tsp salt
• 5.67# GF Oats
• 3 c. M&Ms
• 3 c. Chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Beat butter, PB, and sugars on #3 til smooth.
2. Whip in eggs and vanilla on #3
3. On #1 stir in oats, baking soda and salt
4. On #1 stir in m&ms and choccy chips
5. Puck immediately with 3.5 Oz scoop

• 3# 5 oz PB
• 3# 5 oz brown sugar
• 2# 10 oz white sugar
• 5# 11 oz GF oats
