Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients

• 12 sticks butter, softened
• 2.64# white sugar
• 2.64# brown sugar
• 12 eggs
• 4 TBSP vanilla extract
• 5.94# flour
• 2 TBSP baking soda
• 1 TBSP salt
• 1-4.5 Lb. Bag chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Cream sugar and butter on “2” for about 5 minutes
2. Whip in eggs and vanilla on “2”
3. Turn speed back to “1” and gradually mix in all dry ingredients
4. Use 3.25 oz scoop and puck cookies

For good measure go back in and mix anything stuck in the bottom of mixer

• 2# 10 oz white sugar
• 2# 10 oz brown sugar
• 5# 15 oz flour
• 4# 8 oz choc chips
