Honey Bourbon Butterscotch

Ingredients

• 16 sticks butter, softened
• 1.76 # white sugar
• 3.88 # brown sugar
• 16 eggs
• 3 C. Honey Whiskey
• 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp vanilla
• 3.5 # regular oats
• 4.4 # flour
• 5 Tbsp + 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp salt
• 10 c. butterscotch chips

Instructions

1. Cream butter and sugars on “2”
2. Slowly add in eggs, vanilla and whiskey
3. Turn speed down to “1” gradually add in dry ingredients
4. Use a 3.25 oz scoop and puck cookies
