Fall

Indian Summer: 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp cardamom

Maple Brown Sugar: 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. water, 3 TB maple syrup

Pumpkin Spice: 2 c. brown sugar, 2 c. white sugar, 4 c. water, 29 oz can of pumpkin puree, 2 tsp CEYLON cinnamon, 2 tsp nutmeg, 2 tsp ginger, 2 tsp whole clove. Strain after heating (easier while still warm)

Winter

Bourbon: 1 c. sugar, 1 c. bourbon

Gingerbread: 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. water, 2 tsp molasses, 1 tsp clove, 2 tsp molasses, 1 ¼ tsp CEYLON cinnamon, 1 tsp lemon zest. Strain after heating

Sugar Cookie: 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar, 1 tsp almond extract, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp hazelnut extract, 1 c. water

Spring

Rhubarb: 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 2/3 c. chopped rhubarb. LIMITED TIME ONLY 😊

Rosemary: 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 1 TB rosemary

Blackberry Sage: 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 1 tsp sage, ½ TB blackberry extract. Strain


Note: 6 TB maple = 1/4 cup
