Throughout the Day
- Keep pastry case fully stocked
- Sanitize all door handles (including bathroom) and customer side of POS and pickup counter FREQUENTLY
- Sanitize all tables and chairs as soon as customers vacate
- Sanitize trash receptacle counters FREQUENTLY
- Check trashes, take out as needed
- Clean glass on front door
- Flavor beans
- Stock all paper products- cups, lids, straws, sleeves, napkins, plastic utensils, retail coffee bags, bakery bags, clamshells, garbage bags, paper towels, receipt paper, masks (for us and for customers), gloves
- Stock tea bags, coffee filters, sugars
- Make cold brew
- Wipe down all cabinet doors and sanitize handles
- Bag pastries, if needed
- Stock beverage case
- Refill powders
- Clean sinks
- Wipe down fridge doors, sanitize door handles
