• Dust blinds, all windowsills, and light fixtures

• Clean and sanitize interior of ice bin–be sure to USE ONLY FOOD SAFE CLEANER and a clean, fresh towel

• De-Lime Dishwasher and clean Screens (handwritten)

• Deep clean oven
